the item is as described-I have this bag specifically for use as a hand luggage for a flight, but was smaller than you think it might be. This is no fault of the dealer who gave the size but I would suggest you take a tape measure and measure 14 inches because it is much smaller than you think. quick delivery which was very convenient.
